CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
-Any service that is cancelled, no-showed or rescheduled within 24 hours of the reservation time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. However, we will make a one time exception if the guest is unaware of the policy or has had an emergency. If a guest arrives late and we can accomodate a shorter service, we will charge for the shorter service and not the cancellation fee. If we cannot accomodate the service we will have to charge the guest. This fee will not be able to be rolled over to your next reservation. If a guest has prepaid for a package, they will lose 50% of the value of the service that they were scheduled for. .
-All laser hair removal appointments will be subject to a $25 rescheduling/cancellation fee if appointment is not cancelled/rescheduled within 24 hours of original appointment time (even if packages have already been previously purchased). All laser hair removal clients will be subject to a $60 rescheduling/cancellation fee for any appointment missed or rescheduled the same day of their appointment these fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
*****Of course, we understand that life happens, in the event of an emergency we are more than happy to reschedule your appointment. That discretion will be up to management.

REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Services that have been received cannot be refunded. We are more than happy to adjust any service you receive within three days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon + spa so that we can we can visually inspect the work performed. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service at no additional charge to you.
2. Refunds will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase, with your receipt. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. If ANY product is opened or used it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged.
3. NO refunds are given for gift card orders
