CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment that you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. 

-Less than 24 hour notice result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount

-If you are more than 15 minutes late we will unfortunately have to reschedule your appointment, and your card will be charged at 100% that you will be able to redeem at your next scheduled appointment 

-“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount, and will not be able to be rolled over to your next appointment 

-Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount

-Any and all services must be held with a credit card on file. ALL services/combination of services not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 

*****Of course, we understand that life happens, in the event of an emergency we are more than happy to reschedule your appointment. That discretion will be up to management.

CONFIRMATION CALLS

As a friendly courtesy, our team will call and confirm you service appointments two business days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, as well as the cancellation fee. 
 
To ensure a relaxing and quiet environment, and sure provide comfort for all of our clients any children under the age of 12 (unless scheduled for a service accompanied by a parent/guardian) will not permitted in the salon + spa. 
 
Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child, for other guests, and for our staff. We have the upmost respect for our parent clients and some of our staff are parents themselves, so we know that this may be an inconvenience. Thank you for understanding!

REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

Our mission is for each client’s satisfaction to be above and beyond. Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations:

1. Services that have been received cannot be refunded. We are more than happy to adjust any service you receive within three days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon + spa so that we can we can visually inspect the work performed. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service at no additional charge to you.

2. Refunds will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase, with your receipt. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. If ANY product is opened or used it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged.

3. NO refunds are given for gift card orders
