Meet Our Founder
Lesha Wincher is our founder, and the creative mind behind the prestigious brand of E L L E É. Born and raised in Houston, Tx, Lesha always knew she wanted to be a part of anything that makes individuals feel confident in themselves not only on the outside, but the inside as well. After graduating from the University of Houston, and being a 4-year NFL Cheerleader for the Houston Texans, Lesha was crowned as Miss Houston USA 2018. After being in pageants for two years, Lesha went on to pursue her Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Houston Baptist University. Currently, obtaining her Doctoral Degree in Executive Educational Leadership. Wincher can’t wait for all of E L L E É guests to experience unlimited luxury for mind, body, and soul.
