Meet Our Founder
Meet Dr. Lesha Wincher, Ed.D., the visionary behind the esteemed L’ L E É brand. A Houston, Texas native, Lesha’s lifelong passion has been to empower individuals to embrace their inner and outer confidence. Her journey began at the University of Houston, where she earned her degree, and later as a Houston Texans NFL Cheerleader for four years. In 2018, Lesha was crowned Miss Houston USA after participating in pageants for two years. Driven to further her education, she pursued a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Houston Baptist University and eventually earned her Doctoral Degree in Executive Educational Leadership. Dr. Wincher is eager for all L’L E É guests to bask in the limitless luxury that enriches their minds, bodies, and souls.
